Our Olympic-sized swimming pool is large enough for many family and friends to enjoy.
Attached to our pool is a ten person hot-tub with powerful jets. The hot-tub is up to temperature and open all year round.
Our workout center features top-of-the-line training equipment found in most major gyms. We have every machine to build the body you desire.
Our professional washers and dryers are reasonably priced, in great condition, and exceptionally maintained.
Adjacent to our work out center is our sauna, featuring multiple beds and chairs.

Must be 18 years old
Must have a physical disability
Meet nursing home level of care
Must need help with personal care or meals
Must be Medicaid eligible
Must be able to “self-direct” your own care

- Participants must meet the following criteria:
Have lived in a state habilitation center or nursing facility for a period of at least\
six months
Be MO HealthNet eligible in the care facility for at least one month
- Transition to a house that is leased or owned by the participant or participant’s
family, or move to residential housing with no more than four individuals living in the
house
RAIL is a consumer-controlled, community-based, nonresidential, not- for-
profit organization providing both individualized services and
systems advice

"fixing" the person with a disability
